Managing Your Subscription

View Your Current Plan

Open the app in Shopify
Click the Billing tab
See your current plan and usage

Upgrade Your Plan

Go to the Billing tab
Click Upgrade
Select your new plan
Confirm the upgrade

The change takes effect immediately. You'll be prorated for the remaining billing period.

Cancel Your Subscription

Go to the Billing tab
Click Manage Subscription
Select Cancel

You'll keep access until the end of your current billing period. Your generated pages remain saved.

Understanding Your Usage

What counts as a generation?

Each time you click Generate and the AI creates a page, that counts as one generation — whether or not you publish it.

Do edits count as generations?

No. Editing an existing page does not use a generation credit.

What happens to unused generations?

Unused generations do not roll over. Your limit resets at the start of each billing cycle.

Billing Questions

When am I charged?

You're charged at the start of each billing period (monthly). Your first charge happens when your trial ends.

What payment methods are accepted?

We use Shopify's billing system, so you're charged through your existing Shopify payment method.

How do I get a refund?

Refunds are handled according to Shopify's billing policies. Contact us at hello@anatolilabs.com if you have concerns about a charge.

Where can I see my billing history?

Your billing history is available in your Shopify admin under:

Settings → Billing → App charges
