Our Help Center includes an AI-powered chat assistant designed to help you find answers to your questions. Please understand the following about our AI features:

  • Accuracy: While our AI assistant strives to provide accurate and helpful information, responses are generated automatically and may occasionally contain errors or incomplete information. Always verify critical information with our official documentation or contact human support for complex issues.
  • Not Professional Advice: AI responses do not constitute professional, legal, financial, or technical advice. For specific concerns about your Shopify store or business operations, please consult appropriate professionals.
  • Continuous Improvement: We continuously improve our AI systems to provide better assistance. Your interactions may be used to improve the quality of responses.

When using the Service, you agree not to:

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Province of Ontario.
