  • Contact Information: When you use our email contact form, we collect your name, email address, subject, message content, and any attachments you upload.
  • Search Queries: We may collect search terms you enter to help improve our documentation and search functionality.

2.2 Automatically Collected Information

  • Session Information: We generate a random session identifier stored in your browser's local storage to maintain conversation context during your visit. This does not personally identify you.
  • Analytics Data: With your consent, we use Vercel Analytics to collect information about how you interact with the Service, including pages visited, features used, and general usage patterns. See Section 6 for details.
  • Device Information: Basic technical information such as browser type and operating system may be collected for analytics and compatibility purposes.

3. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use the following tracking technologies:

  • Essential Storage: Session identifiers stored in browser local storage to maintain chat context. These are required for the Service to function.
  • Analytics Cookies: With your consent, Vercel Analytics may set cookies to understand how visitors use our site. You can manage your cookie preferences at any time.

When you first visit our site, you will be asked to consent to analytics cookies. You may choose to accept all cookies, or use only essential cookies required for the Service to function.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to:

  • Maintain conversation context during your support session

5. AI Processing and Data

Our AI chat assistant uses third-party AI services to generate responses. When you interact with the AI assistant:

  • Data Transmitted: Your messages, along with relevant context from our knowledge base and your recent chat history (last 5 messages), are sent to our AI provider to generate responses.
  • AI Provider: We use Google Gemini AI via OpenRouter to process your queries. Your data is subject to their privacy policies (see Section 7).
  • No Training: We do not use your personal data to train AI models without explicit consent.
  • Consent: By sending a message to our AI assistant, you consent to this processing. A notice is displayed in the chat interface before you send your first message.

6. Data Retention

  • Session Identifiers: Stored in your browser's local storage and persist until you clear your browser data.
  • Chat Logs: Server-side chat logs are retained to improve service quality, analyze common questions, and troubleshoot issues. After 90 days, logs are automatically anonymized by removing session identifiers, but the question and answer content may be retained indefinitely for service improvement purposes.
  • Contact Form Submissions: Email correspondence is retained as long as necessary to resolve your inquiry, plus an additional period for record-keeping purposes.
  • Analytics Data: Aggregated analytics data may be retained for longer periods but is not personally identifiable.
