When you install the App, we collect: Your Shopify store name and domain, Store owner name and contact email, Shop description

1.2 User-Provided Content

To generate coming soon pages, you may provide: Business name, industry, and style preferences, Logo images, reference images, and background images, Color preferences and branding materials, Social media URLs, SEO metadata (titles, descriptions, favicons, OG images), Newsletter form configuration

1.3 Generated Content

  • AI-generated HTML, CSS, and JavaScript code
  • Published page content and assets

1.4 Usage Data

  • App usage analytics
  • Error logs and performance data
  • Subscription and billing status

2. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to:

  • Provide the Service: Generate AI-powered coming soon pages based on your inputs
  • Process Images: Upload and store images via Cloudinary for use in your pages
  • Manage Subscriptions: Process billing through Shopify's subscription system
  • Improve the App: Analyze usage patterns to enhance features and fix issues
  • Communicate: Send service-related notifications when necessary
  • Comply with Legal Obligations: Meet regulatory and legal requirements

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services: Shopify (Platform hosting and billing), Cloudinary (Image storage and delivery), Google Gemini (AI page content generation and image analysis), OpenRouter (AI model routing), Neon (PostgreSQL database hosting)

4. Data Retention

  • Active Accounts: We retain your data while your App subscription is active
  • Uninstallation: Upon uninstalling the App, we will delete your data within 30 days, unless legally required to retain it
  • Generated Pages: Published pages remain on your Shopify store until you remove them

5. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including: Secure HTTPS connections, Encrypted data storage, Access controls and authentication, Regular security assessments

However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

  • Rectification: Correct inaccurate personal data
  • Erasure: Request deletion of your personal data
